This set is beautiful and absolutely something special. I bought it for my husband and it’s been the perfect gift. We’ve really enjoyed using them.
Hi Sarah, we're so glad to hear you and your husband are enjoying the Black Oribe Mino Sake Set! Thank you for sharing your lovely experience.
Absolutely beautiful bowl!
Thank you, Victoria! We're glad you love the bowl.
It is as described but I can’t smell it unless I put my nose to it. It’s only been a few days though.
Thank you for your feedback! The fragrance is intentionally subtle, reflecting the Japanese preference for gentle, understated scents rather than strong, overpowering ones.
If you would like a little more fragrance, we recommend adding a few extra reeds or gently turning them from time to time to help release the scent.
We hope you’ll enjoy this little touch of Japanese tranquility in your home, and thank you again for choosing My Japanese World!
The weight, color and firing variations made it a wonderful bowl. Really simple but beautiful
Hi Scott, we're glad you love the Shu-iro Ramen Bowl! Thank you for your kind words.
The box was bigger then I expected, beautifully packaged and absolutely stunning
Thank you for your lovely review! We're glad you enjoyed the presentation and the box. Hope it brings you joy!
I love these plates - they are beautiful and beautifully crafted and make me so happy every time I use them. There was a delay from the producer and the shop was so gracious and communicative about the issue. It took three months for my order to arrive but they were worth the wait!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We appreciate your patience and support.
Great but about 5 plates arrived broken…
Thank you very much for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that some of the plates arrived broken.
We take great pride in being extra careful with our packaging to ensure that all items arrive safely and intact, so we sincerely apologize that this was not the case with your order.
Could you please contact us at our support email? We will be happy to arrange a new shipment to replace the broken plates as soon as possible.
Thank you again for letting us know, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Beautifully crafted and exactly what I was looking for. The design feels authentic and traditional, with a finish that make serving sake feel like a true ritual rather than just pouring a drink. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the set looks even better in person than in the photos. I highly recommended.
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're thrilled to hear you appreciate the craftsmanship and traditional feel of the sake set. Enjoy many beautiful moments with it!
Beautiful! I love this Matcha bowl, both the size and color! It’s beautifully made!
We're so happy to hear you love the Matcha bowl! Thanks for your wonderful feedback.
Love the scent. But the essence isn’t strong enough to fill in the room. I ended up putting it on my desk, so I can smell it while working.
Thank you very much for your review.
This diffuser was designed to offer a subtle, calming fragrance rather than an overpowering one, in keeping with its natural and understated character.
To increase the scent intensity, you can add more reeds to the bottle. Using additional reeds will help diffuse more fragrance into the room. We also recommend turning the reeds occasionally to refresh the scent.
We have prepared a helpful guide on how to make the most of your reed diffuser here:

Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing My Japanese World.
I haven’t received my order yet. It has been stuck In Tennessee for almost a week now. I don’t know what is happening
Thank you for your message, and we are very sorry for the delay with your order.
We understand how frustrating it must be to see your package stuck in Tennessee for almost a week without a clear update. Occasionally, customs clearance can take longer than usual, which appears to be the reason for the delay.
Please rest assured that all the necessary information has been provided, and we expect the clearance process to be completed soon. Unfortunately, neither FedEx nor we can expedite the customs clearance process once it is underway.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep an eye on any updates. If you need any further information, please feel free to contact us at support@myjapaneseworld.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Kind regards,
My Japanese World
