Cancellation policy

At MyJapaneseWorld.com, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@myjapaneseworld.com.

We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is dispatched. However, once an order has been processed for shipment or handed over to the carrier, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

Please note:

  • Cancellation requests must be made prior to dispatch.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you can't cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
