U.S. Shipping Advisory

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States has officially ended its De Minimis exemption for imports. This change means that:

All shipments to the U.S., regardless of value, must now go through full customs clearance.
U.S. Customs has the authority to apply duties, taxes, and related clearance fees to all imports.

What This Means for You

To ensure a smooth experience, we have updated our shipping process:

All prices on our website for U.S. customers are now Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
- This means the final price you see at checkout already includes any applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
- You will not be asked to pay additional charges upon delivery.
No hidden costs, no surprises. Your order will be delivered to your door without you having to deal with customs directly.
While customs clearance may add processing time, we are working closely with our logistics partners (including FedEx and DHL) to minimize delays and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Ongoing Policy Changes

Please note that customs regulations in the U.S. are evolving rapidly. While we ship DDP and cover duties and taxes upfront, there may be occasional situations where couriers request additional payments at delivery. If this happens, we will promptly reimburse you upon presentation of the official courier receipt.

Failed Deliveries Due to Unpaid Fees

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to non-payment of requested fees (including customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges), refusal of delivery, or other circumstances that make the package undeliverable and cause it to be returned to us, the following terms will apply:

The customer will be responsible for covering any costs associated with the return, including return shipping, handling charges, and any applicable customs or duties.
These costs will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Please note that original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item(s) will be eligible for reimbursement.
Once a package is returned to us under these circumstances, we are unable to reship the order. The transaction will be considered complete.
